  • You have to be really fucked up to push your friend to kill himself. I'm not surprised Varg killed his faggot ass.

  • Well listen to Mayhem and Gorgoroth and Burzum and THEN tell me what real Black Metal is

Of course Maiden are Metal...they along with Priest and Sabbath influenced ALL Metal bands

  • In my opinion, in the same form someone would die.

Euronymous would kill the Varg and Varg would kill the Euronymous.

They fought until death and who did not leave happy is the Euronymous and no one stopped the fight.

  • Thumbs up if you laughed at "He thought Jorn and I were crazy, running around doing drugs."

  • all of a sudden i'm kind of proud that varg killed him. feels kinda good.

  • @wyoat94 I agree. Good and fast guitarist...and nothing else!

  • I think Manheim is as close as it gets when it comes to describing Oystein's personality. He saw himself as special and a talented musician and he pushed that image whenever he could, even if someone got hurt or worse along the way but he didn't think it was his concern. It can even be narcissistic personality disorder, which can put Euronymous beside Alexander The Great among others.

  • @MrUnit731 Yeah, I know exactly what you are talking about with that last line. That being said, just be extremely thankful he didn't massacre all of you, which is the other thing that sometimes happens with that type!

  • @kommisar At one occation he brought a dead raven in a plastic bag with him to our rehearsal place, wich we shared with mayhem at the time. He put the bag over his face and smelled it "to get into the right spirit" or something. He was a strange dude, but I don't remember any coffin. But if someone did it, it would be him. He was also a very silent an kind person, but you always knew there was something "wrong" with him.

  • @MrUnit731 Yeah, listening to this enterviews a think that Manheim after all is the most rational of all the past and still members of Mayhem

  • This is really interesting to hear what Euronymous was really like. Great interviews!
