Popeye the Sailor - All's Fair at the Fair (1947)

Famous Studios Popeye the Sailor cartoon. The title of this one is not to be confused with the 1938 Max Fleischer Color Classic of the same name (also released by Paramount). Popeye and Olive are at the fair, and while Popeye is admiring a prize-winning cow, Olive spots a different kind of meat that interests her (Bluto the Magnificent). Bluto spots Olive and offers to give her a tour of his hot air balloon, but as usual Popeye disapproves, which makes Bluto very MAD. The typical plot then unfolds, Bluto momentarily succeeds in winning Olive away from Popeye, but then scares her away once she sees him for who he really is. The Paramount logos on this cartoon are the original ones.

Also, the a.a.p. print of this cartoons exists. I don't know where did they found the original, like "She-Sick Sailors".

@ParamountCartoons Pretty much all Popeye shorts released before 1955's "Mister and Mistletoe" exist as aap prints. The only ones within that timeframe that might not exist as aap prints could be "Peep in the Deep", "Popeye Meets Hercules" and "A Wolf in Sheik's Clothing" as film prints with original titles appear on eBay every once in a while. I do have a public domain VHS tape with a copy of "Abusement Park" with an aap intro title, but still has the original Paramount end logo.
