West Oakland, California has 57 liquor stores every fast-food restaurant imaginable, but only one real grocery store. To help remedy the situation -- and the long list of diseases that accompany this "food desert," a group of hardworking young idealists who call themselves "Planting Justice" saw a way to bring fresh produce to some surprising locations...along with fresh jobs and fresh ideas.
