Thank you so much for posting! One of my favorite tenors. Sergio was not only extremely popular in his day, but he was one of the few who managed a successful transition through the 60' rock-n-roll revolution. THis was because of his night-club, TV, and Vegas venues. What is sad is that the public often fails to remember its "legends" of the day.I believe this is also because of the population explosion, and the tradition bearers (elders) have been replaced by young majority.

Thank you for posting this. Sergio Franchi is one of the great forgotten voices of the past. He had such a great voice and was very popular and only us true fans remember him. Thanks again.
