In this particular Secret Task, after finding and letting down the Missing Coins, you must go back to HQ and accept the Mission to turn the Power on in the Nightclub, you must then turn to your left a bit until you find a desk with a few books a map and a weird Torch Contraption which you must pick up, you must then go to the Nightclub, go right and click on the Speaker in the corner with a ladder go to the Basement and find and click on the fuse box and click on the Instructions, then click on the circles until you find the right combination, remember for this to work you must finish the Mission, for the Mission Guide you click on the Link above.
