  • Lol, if you made this and it worked it would eventually slow the earth down and we'd all die

  • @timatlightbox wont slow it that much..earth spin is powerful

  • the earth is already making energy from its own spin. the earth's rotation causes a natural magnetic field that stops some solar wind from the sun from entering our atmosphere. It actually creates its own layer called the ionosphere. a large shield around the earth made up of ions or charged particles. There was a genius named Nikola Tesla who found a way to harness this energy but he wanted it to be free since it is already part of the earth and humans didnt make it. R.I.P. Nikola Tesla

  • @kalebstereo good comment.

  • put the name of song please

  • @manolillo123 got it from u tube audio swap...but cant remember which one...

  • A key thing you are forgetting, for a motor to work, you need to force the 2 components to move relative to each other. How do you plan to lock the rotor in place (relative to some other frame) so that it spins wrt Earth?

  • @kalebstereo No, there was no way to harness that energy, Nikola Tesla did nothing of the sort. He made microwave power transmission. This would take power from a power plant and broadcast it wirelessly.

  • @kamalmichael ya but you beter make it portable because of Geomagnetic reversal!? LITTLE PROBLEM.

  • Load

Look it up before you kill us all with something like this.

  • @xxschlager420xx The device would need periodic orbital stabilization since extracting energy from a magnetic field will tend to perturb the orbit of the device.

Without some form of stabilization, the orbit will deteriorate and the device will burn up in the atmosphere.

It is possible, but the question still remains of how to efficiently transmit the power safely to the Earth.

  • would that make longer days??? shorter years man this would Fu^* up errthang yo!!

  • How would you keep the outer coil stationary to actually produce energy? This would absolutely never work unless their were a rocket or something keeping it still and then the sheer magnitude of the thing would make it impossible to build with today's technology. Better would be to make the moon a giant solar panel and run a huge wire the whole to the Earth. Though neither would actually be built.

  • @eilselyiu8 not for another 5 billion years

  • @eilselyiu8 ... I'm not sure if you're trolling, or if you're just that stupid. Asteroids hit the sun ALL OF THE TIME. An asteroid is so insignificant in comparison to the sun. The sun is so big in fact, that it could hold 1,000,000 Earths.

And how the hell is the mass required to form a black hole supposed to just pop up in proximity to our solar system? Even if one would appear for some magical reason, a black hole would tear the Earth apart long before the sun would get sucked up.
