Being that criminals do not respect laws, I am sure that criminals would be the only ones who had guns if guns were outlawed. The saying goes, if guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns. There is a huge problem in the United States with criminals using guns, as well as trigger happy police officers, but making guns illegal is not the answer. Let me tell you, criminals don't like it when their victims are armed. It fucks up their whole agenda.

@MegaLolburger, I do believe you are being ethnocentric. I am assuming that you are British. I respect the variations in English around the world and I have many friends who live in different countries and I don't think that American English is any better than British English or English that is spoken in Canada or in Australia, etc. It's a cultural difference that varies between countries and you don't need to be an arrogant prick about it.
