So when Paul received by revelation the gospel of Grace by the resurrected Jesus this is the beginning of the Age of Grace what we are under now. So you have to understand that everything before Acts 9 was still under the dispensation of Law where believe Jesus was the son of God repent and be baptized would have got you saved then in that dispensation. But now we are in the dispensation of Grace(Romans6:14) where its faith+nothing(Romans5:1). All you have to do now is BELIEVE!

First of all you have to understand how to rightly divide the word of truth. Look up 2Timothy 2:15 says to do so. If you dont know how to rightly divide the word of truth then your going to get confused just like this guy. Now you have to understand that UNTIL Paul everyone was still under the dispensation of Law including Jesus. The dispensation of Grace was given by revelation to Paul by the resurrected Jesus himself. Therefore we are under the dispensation of Grace to this day.

I order to be saved you must be born again (baptized by the Holy Spirit), Must confess that he is Lord, must believe in God, repent and Obey all his commandments. Yeah its not simple, but its tribulations that will occur in order to enter Gods Kingdom.

There is nothing you can DO to save yourself.
Salvation is of the Lord. A person who is spiritually dead in their sins is unable to confess, repent or believe. You must be born-again/regenerate/made alive by the Holy Spirit to be saved. Regeneration precedes Faith.
Salvation is all of God. For it is by "Grace" you are saved, through Faith, not by works. - Before 2:36 he shows that people take things out of context.
