  • @ianhargreaves80 Shoulder and lat stability and control. Core strength.

  • I blew out my knee is basketball a couple years back, and I'm wanting to get back to my swimmer's build. What kinda stretches or exercises would you suggest to keep from hurting my knee, or maybe to even build it up more?

  • Hey @KhanaOtter, I'd start with core work like pilates and then move onto shoulder, back and arm exercises. There is a few in our strength training program, otherwise check out youtube for exercises there is a few good videos around.

    I'd see a physio about exercises for strengthening your knee

  • Good excercises but the pushups are hard to do because my fists hurt
