Like the super Hadoken, but level three with a kick. As far as getting the extra hit, you have to be the right distance away, which is a pain, or get them at the right time as they are getting up. Either way, it takes patience to get consistent.

dude how did u land that so many times in a row i did it once every like 3 months ffei longs was ridiculous too how ar eyou doing that it says maximum range in book i tried sweep distance in there face and as far away as possible hardly worked

It took me awhile to get use to the distance when playing against a human player,i like when he finishes his opponents with it,he goes into his evil ryu win pose.
