I'm not happy about all the dead weight I carry around on my channel. I have over 500 subscribers, yet I average under 50 views per video. And those 50 views are for "popular games". I'd rather not have that. The numbers themselves are nowhere near as important to me as the percentages. If I have 10 subscribers and 10 views per video, that's 100% to me (not including people watching more than once or unsubbed viewers), and that's waaaaaaaay more satisfying than having 10,000 and 1000 views per vid (10%). So I'm dropping all the dead weight and cutting back on the posting of "popular games" in the hopes of gaining an audience who actually enjoys my commentary as opposed to my gameplay (although hopefully you enjoy both).

January 24, 2012: I'm removing most, if not all, of my subscribers. If you enjoy my videos and want to continue watching in the future, please re-sub. My channel is the same. I'm giving 5 days notice to ensure that all people (hopefully) who want to see this will have time to see it.

What to expect after the purge? More retro Let's Plays. More Call of Duty. More Street Fighter. More Minecraft. More philosophy, mantras, and maybe some personal stories and life advice thrown in.

gah Vince y you care so much??? as a friend id like to say it really doesn't matter and your wasting your time and energy caring this much about subs/views..make vids for you not for any other reason. Personally I don't watch everyone's vids simply because i don't have time and i think most people have the same issue..anddd i don't wanna hear this kind of bitching about sub count/views when I do watch.

@zanara3 I typed a reply, but then realized it wasn't worth posting. If I was just doing this for me, I wouldn't have a channel. Trust me, I record a lot of vids just for the sake of recording vids that never make it to YT.
