  • @annuk03. Actually looking at this one I open the window behind it. I use both depending on what direction the air is moving outside.

  • @annuk03. Always light it outside. I find you can then use it inside as long as you position it next to a window that is extracting a bit of airflow out or on top of your stove with the extractor on. In this video I have a door to the right which is slightly ajar. If you have a marinade that smokes a lot when it hits the plate, just increase the ventilation a bit. I use it indoors throughout the winter. Enjoy your Cobb, it really is a great bit of kit from which I have had many tasty meals.

  • Looks great! I'm hoping to get a Cobb this week and will start experimenting. I spoke to Cobb UK and they do not recommend using the Cobb indoors, however other countries seem to think its fine so I shall give it a go... its still a little cold to use outdoors!
