  • Wow, I almost got emotional watching this. Did you know that many americans think Europe is a country? Some don't even know which countries are here around.... So yes, this made me feel proud of you LOL. Bromas aparte. You'll do just fine here. :) Granada is a wonderful place, GREAT GREAT food and party going on all the time. It's just beautiful. When are you coming? This fall?

  • I'll be in Cadiz this July and in Granada in August. Yeah, most people back in my hometown lacking a college education can't and even locate Spain on a map. They just say "oh it's somewhere in Europe." It's a bit annoying if you ask me.

  • I'm spanish and I'll study english philology in University of Murcia. Don't worry, Granada is wonderfull and there are very much british people studying there. It's a nice place.

  • That's great to hear. I always like chatting with some Brits from time to time. It'll also be really nice to have some English speakers around just in case I get tired of speaking Spanish.

  • So you speak spanish huh!?

    It's pretty similar to portuguese..

Studying abroad might be tough and I think the worst of all is understanding everything the teachers say!

    lol

I don't mean to scare you or anything..

I even want to study abroad to, in the US, and I worry about things like that

I mean, you gotta be really fluent and it's a whole new culture ya know..

    It's exciting isn't it?!

  • Yeah I think it's going to be a blast! I can't wait. If you're going to study here in America you should study eithern in California, Florida, New York, or Hawaii (and maybe Chicago). I'm fluent in Spanish though, because of my parent's. They taught it to me. But it's still going to be difficult because it's going to be at a university!

    adios!

  • not all americans think europe's a country...i know its a continent and everyone loves us we're cool ...hahahha

  • Hahahaha, it is annoying, it is! hahaha As I said yesterday, I haven't been to Cadiz (yet!) but I've heard it's beautiful there too. I have been two or three times to Granada and I love it. I just love it. It's great because it's such an old city, many places still have arabic influences, mostly the old part of town. :) You'll love it, everybody does ;)
