Act 2 is dramatically different whether you are Roche or Iorveth. Act 3, not so much (but maybe I feel that way because Act 3 felt rather disappointing after the first 2)

@holmeeni89 There's five chapters with a fuckload of side quests and added content. Remember, there's roches and iorveth's side of the story. The replayability of the game is high.
