If McCain wants U.S. troops out of Haiti, then so be it. But he can't do a half-assed job at it; all U.S. influence needs to be removed, not just troops. Stop U.S. rice exportation to Haiti while you're at it. Take out the parts of the mess you made of Haiti's economy. The U.S. exploits this 3rd world country and wants no hand in fixing it.
