  • Awesome! I think you will find them outstanding.

  • It's a lovely idea, especially for people who are squeamish about oysters. I'd rather eat them raw - maybe you could make up a nice vinaigrette or mixture for raw oysters. Something different from the shallot vinegar one always gets.

    Also - any good ideas for sea urchin?

  • Hi Wildeparker: I have a fantastic mustard sauce that is super on raw oysters - it can be used cold or warm. I'm planning to do a show on pescatarian party food very soon and I'll show you how to make it. Thanks for watching!
