Our commute takes us down Penn Lea Road in Bath. It should be a quiet residential road but in the morning and evening school run rush it's used as a 'rat run' to bypass queues elsewhere. Plus, as here, it is jammed with parked cars associated with people avoiding the charges at the nearby Royal United Hospital. As you'll hear I'm pointing out to Karina (who's in front) that she'd be better off riding in the middle of the road to keep out of the way of opening doors and to make sure she's seen - bear in mind we're both running powerful flashing Exposre LED lights too, and I was wearing a bright yellow 'hi viz' jacket - and yet still the woman driving this Ford Fiesta decides without looking or indicating to pull across the road completely blocking our path.

She was evidently attempting a 3 point turn (not turning into a driveway). My issue was she was totally oblivious to the fact that we were behind her. She didn't look in her mirror or give any indication before braking and swinging right. Had it been a car behind her instead of us it may well have ploughed straight into the back of her.

Ok she realises her mistake - you can see she waves an apology - but she was clearly concentrating on finding a space not looking out for others.

Did she totally #uck up the turn into a driveway or was that a 3 point turn without waiting for the traffic to pass?

To be fair, she was a bit in front of you when she turned. She did make a pig's ear of the turn into the driveway, but I am sure it wasnt deliberate.

Did she do anything wrong? As far as I can tell, you were following her, and she needed to turn right. Surely she'd have priority over you here?
