All the jobs Obama wants to create are shovel ready, no skill needed there for low pay jobs. True, any job is better than no job, but these jobs are paid for by tax payers and do not bring anything to the economy. The only way to do that is to give tax breaks and expantion incentives to the wealthy people who own business that create products and services that are actually valued in the world. If you tax the hell out of businesses they won't grow AND the tax increases get passed on to the public
