@scandalouzbabee yes i live here and i will answer your question yes it is crowded all the time except the night time at certain areas because there is alot of muggings and stabbings. But to answer your question no where is NYC is ever not quiet or not crowded.

Nice tour. Other great walking tours are; London Walks and another we were pleasantly surprised with was San Antonio Walks in Texas - probably, our favorite.
If your guide is really good and with these they were, it's far better and worth the money vs. the self guided we've taken.

@scandalouzbabee haha, not on the week days.. weekends, unusually beautiful days and the day right after a snow storm = jam packed :p
