@TakingItToTheMMAT yeah you guys have my support 100%. I've always wanted to learn catch wrestling one way or another! Since I don't live in America but in the UK so the closest to catch wrestling we have here is greco roman.
I had a look on amazon for 'Say Uncle' and had a 'look inside' the book, although a preview of part 3 'techniques' wasn't available, i was wondering if that section would teach me a lot more techniques from catch wrestling and allow me to use it in my grappling game
