North Korea threatens UN with war

North Korea has warned that any rebuke from the UN over the alleged sinking of a South Korean navy ship in April could provoke a military response. The North's envoy to the UN rejected the findings of an international investigation into the incident and said that 'a war may break out at any time.'

Soviets invaded: Germany, Poland, Finland, and Afghanistan.

The US did not invade Vietnam, we got involved to support the non-communist government in the south. We also did not invade Korea, for the same reasons. And we didn't invade Pakistan, we made a surgical strike into it and took out public enemy number one.
