Public television is home to some of the country's top culinary stars. Now, for the first time, six of those stars are coming together to serve up a mouthwatering menu in the new PBS special A MOVEABLE FEAST. Featured chefs are: Ming Tsai of "Simply Ming"; Ruth Reichl of "Gourmets Diary of a Foodie"; Lidia Bastianich of "Lidias Italy"; Rick Bayless of "Mexico: One Plate at a Time"; Jose Andres of "Made In Spain"; and Chris Kimball of "Americas Test Kitchen." In the spirit of a potluck dinner, each chef contributes a single course, then "passes the plate" to the next chef.
A MOVEABLE FEAST WITH AMERICA'S FAVORITE CHEFS premieres February 28 and airs throughout March 2009 on most PBS stations. Check local listings for dates and times in your area.
