Scenario 3

Question

What is displayed in this video?

Stress and Stressors

Stress is described as coming from three perspectives:
1) the stressor
2) the response
3) interaction between stimulus event and the individual experiencing it.

Stressors are situations or events that may potentially create stress.

In the video clip Anderson and Tracy are responding to their stress in a different way than Dolly does.

In the video clip Anderson and Tracy are both Type A personalities therefore they are impatient and stressed out easily, whereas Dolly is a Type B personality and more laid back.
