"Mom i'm home." i said as i shut the front door. No one answered. "Hello?", i put my backpack on the floor. I nearly jumped when i heard someone come out the basment. It was Dan,My stepfather. "oh it's you." i said walking past him into the kitchen. "Your mom had to go to work." he said following me into the kitchen. I never really liked him. He just seems odd to me. I don't like him one bit. I went to the fridge and grabbed a soda. I opened it, and took a sip before looking back at him. "Hey Dan-" i was cut off. "I told you call me dad." he said smiliing. I was frowning. "Ok....Dan tell me when my mom gets back.....till then don't talk to me." Then before he could respond my cell phone went off. i ran past him to my backpack. I pulled out my phone and answered it without checking caller ID. It was my best friend, Amy.

A= awwww come on! i have tickets!! and i need someone to go with me.

She hung up on me. I put my phone in my pocket and went up stairs. I plopped down on my bed. My face hitting the bed. I turned around facing up. "Oh god my life sucks." i whispered to myself.

i got off my bed and sat on the floor and started homework. Homework on a Friday sucks right?
any way when i got done with that i cleaned my room, and spent and rest of the time listening to music. I was listening to "Whatya want from me" by adam lambert when i fell asleep.

I woke up in the moring to the sun. I shielded my eyes with my hand. Then my mom walked in. "I see your finally awake." she smiled. I slowly sat up. "What time is it?" She looked at her watch. "9:35" she said. "ohhhh." i yawned. "Well i'll be down stairs." my mom said and left the room. I sat there quiet for a moment then got up. I took a shower brushed my teeth and got dressed. I went downstaris and my mom and dan were sitting at the table. "Hi sleeply." Dan, exclaimed. I ignored him. I took some pancakes and ate them very quickly. Once i was done with that i went up stairs and got on facebook. Soon i was bored with nothing to do. Just as i started getting sleepy the phone rang. I picked it up half asleep. "Hello nadia get ready for the concert i'm coming at 6:30 bye" i put the phone down. Then it hit me! "The concert." I ran and took a shower. Then i got dressed picking out, Black skinny jeans, a purple shirt and a white hoodie. My hair stops about 4 inches pasted my shoulders so i just curled the ends alittle. Just when i finished the door bell rang. I walked down the stairs. The bell rang again. I opend the door and saw Amy who was wearing, a red and black skirt with a white shirt. "Come on silly lets go!!" "Bye Mom i'm leaving!' i yelled. "Ok have fun be back before 12:30" she yelled back. I closed the door as amy pulled me by the arm to the car. (Amy is 16) I hopped into the passenger seat of the car and sighed.
"What's wrong?" she asked before starrting the car. "You know what the hell is wrong" i snapped back. "Come on i'm telling you your going to love it!!" she said pulling out the drive ay and speeding ahead.
