"Hey Miles," I smiled, dropping Nick's hand and giving her a quick hug before giving her outfit a once over. "You make a sexy devil," I laughed, identifying her red dress which

hugged her body perfectly and little pointed tail at the back. At least she dressed up for Halloween, and I wasn't the only one like Nick insisted I would be.

"You make a pretty sexy Cruella De Vil," she winked at me, her eyes wandering up along my little black dress up to the little bleached quiff which stood out in my black hair.

"Ha!" I squeaked, turning to Nick. "I told you people would know who I was!"

He shrugged laughing and shaking his head at us. I squeezed his hand tightly, wondering if I would be letting go of it soon. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive about tonight.

I'm not drinking, and I'm pretty sure everyone else here is. But I'm not going to spend nine months of my life just sitting at home, wishing I could be out with friends. I can have fun

without alcohol, right?

Besides, if things get too rough, Nick said he would take me home at any time. God, I love him.

"Douglas!" Miley yelled, catching the attention of her latest boyfriend that I had yet to meet.

"Oh hey Mi," he said, walking over to her and kissing her cheek. "What's going on?"

"This is Nick and Selena," she introduced, pointing to us with her left hand as her right ran down his back.

"Ah, the famous Nelena," he laughed, as he held his hand out for Nick to give him some kind of handshake.

"You wanna show Nick where the beer is," Miley giggled, leaning close to Douglas to make sure her words carried over the loud music.

"Yes, for sure," he grinned, nodding at Nick. "Lets go."

"See you later babe," Nick mumured quietly, leaving a soft kiss on my lips before disappearing.

"You wanna drink? Non-alcoholic, of course," Miley smiled, knowing me all too well.

"Sure," I giggled, taking her hand as she tried to pull me through the crowd.
