i just got this tablet, but the hovering part doesnt work, only when i press the pen against the tablet the curser will move. anyone know how to fix that?

I haven't tried the Genius tablet, but if this video is any indication, it's far, far slower than the Wacom. I know the cheapest Wacom is about $99. Also you can find older or refurbished Wacoms for less. Seeing other tablets like this I am not surprised Wacom dominates the market, they seem way better than anything else.

You know I've got a trust tablet and I find it easier and more accurate to draw with the mouse...Really a waste of money these things.

"It will fit on your desk, depending how big your desk is".... what?
I have a question when you run out of pen tips can you buy new ones and where ? In South Africa no hardware store could help me... >_>

The thing Im wondering is, in order to draw, do you have to actually press th pen to tablet? Because that is the deciding factor for me. I want one where you do. My first pen tab(Bought by my parents) You drew above the tablet without actually touching it, the closer you got the wider your line got which I HATED. I need to be able to feel something solid under my pen tip to draw a line.

@Chaco10523 Yes you actually have to press down to be able to draw. When you hover above the tablet the mouse moves around ;)
