  • My evidence is that I'm 100% pain free. Now I'm helping people with the similar techniques that helped me. The only thing new is my approach. The concepts were  already out there. One of the most helpful books in my recovery process was "Low Back Disorders" by Stuart McGill

  • Any wieght lifting exercises to help & strengthen the lower back?

  • If you have any back problems what so ever don't even think about lifting with your back. Think hips,legs, and proper technique. Any back exercises you do should be focused on stablization and stiffness. I'll post some more exercises later.
