Haiti: Where Did The Money Go? Episode 3

In January 2010, a 7.0 earthquake devastated Haiti. The international community, including one out of two Americans, pledged billions of dollars in aid, yet the nation has seen little improvement. Three hundred thousand died, nearly two million live in ramshackle tent cities. Cholera has swept through the population, killing thousands and hospitalizing many others. Only about 2% of the rubble has been cleared.

Is this what you expected when you pledged your aid dollars? Independent journalists Film@11.tv journeyed to Haiti in November 2010 to see the situation for themselves, and dig into the burning question: what happened to all that money?

@millienl Your right, that's a good point. I would understand if you had one kid, and then your like fuck I have a kid and i'm this situation sucks, kind of like the guy in this serious said. But 3 - 4 kids even when you see other people making the same mistakes, then that's a little reckless. But one kid is cool, everyone makes mistakes, but if you keep having kids, specially with irresponsible people.

you can get birth control faster than any of them can.

@millienl It is the Point. How can so many people be having kids with Haitis economy being so bad, it's been bad before the quake too,, it's just that after the quake people have noticed them now.

Personally, even here in the United states, I don't dare have kids cause I know I would have no way to feed them. So that is my problem.
