A few important things about the POWERTRAINING lab in Ginnaton:
1. The training series, 20-30 sessions, takes about 2-3 months.
2. For Elite cyclists and advanced triathletes, there are different training plans (with different intensities and training volumes).
3. The training method is suitable for all athletes -- beginners and advanced alike, and even for athletes who don't ride bikes, and only want to improvetheir physical fitness.
4. There is no need to bring bikes to the POWERTRAINING lab. The trainings are done on special lab bikes, personally adjusted from thefirst session with mm accuracy.
5. As trainings are very intense, it is advisable to arrive fresh and invigorated.

Bottom line -- we guarantee the improvement of physical fitness and cycling skills by at least 12%, and up to 27% in just 3 months!
