They are "filmy" singers, they don't have/need to sing like pure-classical singers. In any case, Lata/Asha both have enough filmy classical numbers that is more than enough to show what they can do. Maybe just two songs are enough to prove it: "Meha Aao Re" and "Sakhi Ri Sunn Bole" -- both on YouTube. And then you have numerous classical solos by each. I am very glad the sisters are filmy singers and not pure classical ones, since their God-like voices got better utilized, or so I feel.

Flowers in Hindi are KETKI,GULAB, JUHI, CHAMPA,SURYAMUKHI, and many more in case we forget Indian languages. Today everything is in English eg VAAGH-TIGER,SINH-LION,SARP-SNAKE,AJGAR-PYTHON and so on....musn't loose ALL.

what we hear between 00:33 & 00:42 is just excellent. I am great fan of rafi, lata, asha etc etc but they can not sing taans at that lightening speed. It is only for the likes of Bhimsen Joshi - who is world famous for his lightening fast taans.
