Marinette Wisconsin Mayor Harbick Drunk Driving Arrest Remix.
This incident happened the DAY I moved to Marinette, about the same time I was returning the U-Haul on the opposite side of Hattie St. I had to do a remix.
While I am quite familiar with the Green Bay City Council as they are familiar with me (and my antics), being a new resident of Marinette, I don't know anything about this Mayor or the City Council here. So I don't want to pick on him too much....yet. But this was too classic (and ironic as far as timing and location goes) not to do SOMETHING on YouTube.
