May I point out that not all unions and guilds are the same. Most are self-obsessed, greedy little punks, yes, but not all. I happen to know someone who is part of a union, but instead of fighting for MORE money, they fight to keep the SAME working conditions, SAME pay, for they are quite content with that. Basically, all the Union does is make sure things stay the way they are. Other than that, I agree with EVERYTHING.

thanks! and yes I did, don't think I ever got a response though. Glad to see some others on this side of the argument. Everyone is quick to agree to giving away someone else's money, but I guarantee most of these pro-writer/anti-studio pricks wouldn't be so quick to give it away if they worked all their life to become a studio head, and it was their money people were asking to get a share of.
