you are correct. It was an AV-8B Harrier, callsign Duster. These birds were called in by the Marine ANGLICO team working with the Scouts and snipers of the 1-506th.

After looking at the video more carefully it really is silly to think it is an A-10. Sorry. Those things must pack a 30mm much like the Avenger.

a gun run is when an aircraft uses its built in automatic weapon, normally a chain or mini-gun, such as the vulcan. which is fired at a fixed or moving target, sometimes followed by a missle or rocket.
