Dippy Dave won't be using the NHS or his wife, he looks so disinterested talking to these people because basically deep down he couldn't careless about the NHS,I bet cuts, cuts, cuts are on the way if this bloke gets in power

Trusting the Conservatives to look after the NHS is like sending goats to tend the cabbages.
Public Service cuts across the board, unfettered markets, and a total lack of government.
Business as usual "Dave."

(ERRATUM: "massive increase in")

The only way to "defend" the NHS is to make it work.
Preservation-no-matter-what or preservation-in-its-present-fo
rm makes as much sense as Pablo Escobar's mother INSISTING that her son is a good boy who has never hurt anyone--it shows how much you DOTE ON the protectee, but it does not mean that you have the right reasons. There would be no CREDIBLE calls for the privatization of the NHS if it were working or if the massive increased in funds solved its problems.

Tremendous. While Brown sits in a bunker or goes to stage-managed events packed with Labour trusties, Cameron is getting out there. The NHS has been wrecked by targets and bureaucracy.
