Just so you know, if you're on 3G, you can be on the phone and use the hotspot at the same time, just not on EDGE.

Ther personal hotspot thing dissapeared recently on my iphone for some reason, this had happened before but it appeared after a while. But this time is different it didn't appear again.. Can someone please help? :D
