Is it best to ozonate distilled water instead of tap water?

I bought my Synergy dual stage ozone generator (water purifier) from ebay and it works excellent. you can bubble the ozone through Gatorade or any colored drink and it will even pull the poisonous colors out of the drink! Amazing. It will remove anything anaerobic...

First off, "sterile" water is virtually unachievable. Ozone works as a disinfectant, like Chlorine, to INACTIVATE biologicals. Ozone works extremely well at inactivating harmful biologicals. The other nice thing about Ozone is that it doesn't create as many disinfection byproducts. The problem with Ozone, however, is that it does NOT maintain a residual for very long (only minutes). EPA guidelines state that there must be a free Chlorine residual in the distribution system.

have you heard about people using ozonated water to flood the body with oxygen and to detoxify it?

I'm thinking about it.
Ozone - The water is sterile as it passes through the city pipes to get to your house, and into your glass of water.
Chlorine - The water is chlorinated as it passes through the city pipes and gets to your house, and into your glass of water.

Some city and industrial areas might have bad quality rain water but generally rain water is drinkable after filter and ozone tratment.
I recomend testing 1-2 glass per day first.
Tap water ( even deep well water) has in some areas Fluoride that is neuro toxic poison.(A waste from aluminium and fertilizer industry..) Even if its said to improve dental health..
I dont use even toothpaste that has sodium fluoride.

Can you drink rain water you collect for yourself after ozonating it and running it though a filter?
