As I said, Stephen Hawking is arguably the most brilliant scientist alive today, and he stated categorically that the world is doomed unless we curb our population growth in the next 200 years. @RP4409 you need to get out of Kansas and see the world. Just go to India, Mexico City, or China, and tell me that the earth is doing fine with the human population. Nonsense.... Mexico's government realized a few years ago that the country was in dire straights if they didn't teach people to use birth control. The former average was eight children per family. They have successfully reduced that down to five per family. It's a VERY good thing. My hat's off to them!

So, YES, I've seen the world, and I can say that the world is overcrowded and if the human population doesn't slow its growth, the earth could possibly be in peril in the next 200 years (according to Steven Hawking. Have you ever been out of the city? You need to get out more. Have you been to the middle of Kansas Utah, Idaho, texas? There are trillions and trillions of uninhabited acres all over the world. You could probably put the worlds population in the state of Maine.
