Catch Me (A Nick Jonas Love Story) Chapter 29

*Joe's POV*
"Joe? Drunk again?"
"Duuudee juuussstttt piicckk meee uppp. Plllessee Nnnickk."
I was having more and more trouble standing up. My eyes were getting heavier to withstand.
I was going to collapse soon. I grabbed the car's door handle to help.
"Niiickkk!"
"Fine. Hold on. Which bar?"
"Thhhee onnneee I alllwayys gooo tto." The line went dead from then. Now all I have to do is keep these eyes from closing.... I thi..nk...
That's impossi.....

The next thing I heard was someone yelling at me.
"JOE! WAKE THE HELL UP!" I turned and saw Nick. Looking mad as hell. I looked down and saw I was on the ground.
"Get up and into the car." I stumbled to get up but he helped me.
I laid down and fell asleep as Nick drove. I only had one wish.
"Niicckk.... gett Lexxyy tto commee ovverr." I passed out after that was said.

*Alexa's POV*
"AHHH!" I screamed as I shot up.
I was sound asleep until that stupid phone rang.
"HELLO?!' I screamed.
"Get up and be ready. I'm picking you up. Joe's drunk. He wants you." Nick quickly explained and hung up before I could answer. He sounded pissed. Well I couldn't blame him, it was 2 am.
I quickly changed into sweatpants and a horn honked outside.
I walked out to see Nick, in the car, looking like he was going to pass out any second.
I got in and he didn't say anything.
Neither did I.
The song he wrote about us played in my head. The lyrics clearly meant us. But why did he want us to sing it? It'll only bring back painful memories now that I know the true meaning.

The car came to a halt and Nick got out.
"He's on the couch." Nick said and went inside. I followed.
There was Joe. Just like Nick said. Lying on the couch. Passed out. Poor him.
I kneed down next to him and kissed his forehead. I really wish he would stop drinking...

*Nick's POV*
I'm still mad about Joe. I hate how he does this to himself.
I hate how Lexy puts up with his crap after everything.
I hate how she's beautiful.
I hate how she smiles and makes my heart fly.
I hate how she goes for my brother and not me.
I hate that she loves him.

Poor Nick.
Anyways, can anyone explain to me what 'tag' means? Like I see the videos from people all the time. I don't get it. Yeah, I'm kinda slow... lol.
