Viideo journal entry for March 2, 2010:
Spectacularly high and rough surf coming in under the Golden Gate Bridge this day. It's not a tsunami, though it is on everyone's brain at this time since the recent earthquake in Chile sent one inland washing away two villages. However, I've never seen waves quite so big or surf so rough at this unique and challenging location.

These are usually advanced surfers out here. We can see them trying to catch thrashing waves right next to these knockers jutting out along the shoreline. One novice to the scene gets his first big lesson on gauging his point of entry.
