A classical fromThe Move by The Top of the Pops on Volume 93.
Roy Wood was a co-founder of ELO. But Curly is original by The Move, his band back in 1969. Slide says ELO, but this is incorrect.
Good cover.
Enjoy!

Top of the Pops by Good Dog Records is a Xanadu500 production.

  • @coveralbums : I looked further and found that The Move (Roy Wood's band back in 1969) sang CURLY indeed! Now it is clear to me :-)

  • @coveralbums : I think you are right my friend. Although when I looked up the information by Google it says that the song is by ELO. Wikipedia says indeed that he was a co-founder of some bands, including ELO. Curly is not mentioned though as a song which he sang by himself. I will change the header :-) Kind regards Pat and a wonderful X-mas to you too.

  • Hello my friend

Pat here this song is as you know on the cd you very kindly made for me a few weeks ago thank you again for doing that but 'Curly' was in fact recorded by Roy Wood but not when he was in ELO in fact I'm not sure if he was in ELO but but he had a number of groups on the go at the one time and 'Curly' was from his days in a group called 'The Move' but yes it is a good cover.

Kind regards and Marry xmas Pat.
