PayPal Has Their Revenge! Look Out!

I proved to PayPal that they were at fault on 01/28/08 and they told me that I would not have any more problems. Now it's 04/30/08 3 months later and they have put a debt of $1,688.00 on my account for the past 3 months and now I have no credit. Their Debt Collectors called me today and made me aware of this. I wondered why I could not get my VISA card extended.

I have 1 simple question...Why dont you sue the mo**er fu**ers!!!! in California,you can sue up to $7500 !!!! it costs you $75.00 to file and you can get that back from whoever you sue when you win.You guys all have a VALID case against paypal.They are playing banker and they are NOT a bank,and they are messing up your credit too? I'd sue them for the max.Everyone needs to start filing cases and see if paypal can keep up.

a guy sent me payment through paypal and then did a charge back with his credit card (taking the money back out my account once I sent goods) I told paypal of this and asked for the name of the C/Card company and they refused to provide it. The guy had done this to loads of people and paypal were not bothered about facilitating fraud and impeding my attempt to notify the company.

They just treat us like shit - FUCK PAYPAL

Fuck off paypal.They refunded my money to the buyer just because the buyer said product color doesn't match with the picture. How can be the real product color same as exactly with the picture.

Next time you buy anything just claim item color doesn't match with the picture, then you will get refund. This is ridiculous.

@usacomputertec I am from WA state too I am trying to figure out how to sue paypal they have 640 dollars of MY MONEY on the premier account they said they wont release for 180 days. I sent a bunch of documents including my drivers license and SSA. They told me they could not delete the information too. They will always have the information of their systems.

If its possible I would like to file a class action lawsuit against these losers. Please let me know how the best way to sue
