FreeTrack is a free head tracking program that can be used with any Windows compatible video device, typically a webcam, in addition to the Nintendo Wii Remote. It can measure head rotation and translation, together a total of six degrees of freedom (6dof) and can output to FreeTrack and TrackIR interfaces as well as mouse, keyboard and joystick controls.
This video demonstrates the stability and responsiveness of FreeTrack v2.1, using a cheap 30fps Logitech webcam, in Armed Assault.

people seem to think this is trackir4 playing AA but I think this is a web-cam conversion program which turns your webcam into a similar sort of tool.
MUCH cheaper and a good way to see if you like using headtracking ingame
its not for everyone, my friend gets motion sickness using mine lol
most will love the way it makes it seem like youre really "looking" to move your head rather than the unreal buttons/hat
however it can make things a bit harder at 1st (feels/looks so much cooler!)

how much fps did u get from the cam for that smooth run?

I just used a cheap Logitech Express, running at it's maximum of 30fps.
