This is the sound of me stacking wooden blocks. I've received quite a few requests for this sound. Jarel provided me a link to a channel to give me an idea of what the sound should be—so I am dedicating this to him for the lead. It took me five takes before I captured this 13 minute audio. It's really tricky working with small slick wooden blocks; they fall over so easily—very noisy when that happens.

I thought about calling this "The Sound of Wood" and putting in all sorts of colorful "tags" such as "Bow-chicka-bow-wow"! Now that would have driven up my site hits! But alas, I would have attracted the wrong crowd and exhausted my welcome in all of the relaxation communities. I hope that somebody finds this relaxing.

@mike19821982 I used a Zoom H2 at Gain 2 record mode Mp3 160. I usually use a standard mic that came with one of my computers, but this sound was too difficult to capture--it's a very delicate sound.

@Burlingamex8 YESSSSS! for me its anything to do with gum, and sliding things like styrophome out of cardboard. i cant stand it. oh, and wistling, hate it, as well as crickts and other noisy bugs.
