Latin American seafood dishes were the main topic of most of Chef Tony's emails this past couple of weeks, so chef fired up his Cilantro Lime Shrimp to wet your appetite. This is a very easy and quick dish, chef begins with a pound and a half of jumbo shrimp and follows with fresh cilantro, lime juice, lemon juice, onions, garlic, olive oil, herbs and spices. A few minutes of marination and the shrimp are on the grill; which only takes a few minutes and the shrimp are in the plate. We hope you enjoy!

  • Wonderful recipe and beautiful dish!

  • @heartsafecooking Thank you! We hope you'll give it a try.

  • Awesome! Great recipe, I bought large prawns from Costco, cooked it on charcoal grill, added extra cayenne pepper for extra heat. My wife is not a shrimp fan, but after making them, she couldn't stop. I highly recommend this recipe!

  • @r7410q Awesome! Thanks for the comment!

  • Hey! Great video, shrimp looks delicious, but I'm just wondering, does it have to be cooked in the grill? Or can it be done in the stove top? And if it can be cooked on the stovetop how much of a difference would it make taste wise?

  • @Gogurtfun Thanks for the comment. You could do it on a stove top, but you will miss out on some of that smokey flavor and flame kiss. I'm pretty sure you will still enjoy it though. Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

  • @bbqguys This is a great recipe! but the shrimp is expensive >_<

  • Fantastic, easy to prep, great combo of flavors ! Bravo Chef

  • Needs some pasta!!!

  • I only put about 3/4 of the cilantro for the marinade and saved the last bit to sprinkle on at the end. i find the fresh cilantro adds both vibrant color and taste.
