Right Mr. Farage. I'm from Austria and I appreciate the no-vote from the irish. We haven't even been asked here in my country. Its a disgrace. The EU parliament is the floor for lobbyists and people who like to live on the money of tax payers.

Very, very, very well done Nigel Farage. This guy is a truly remarkable speaker in the EU parliament and I hope he finally brings what the current shambolic and currupt government promised us from the very beginning - a referendum where we "SAY NO" (pun intended) and they accept that democratically for a change.
VOTE UKIP, GO MR FARAGE!!!!

Ha! So good to see these realities rubbed in so many anti-democratic faces.

Nigel speaks for millions of frustrated Europeans denied a say on enlargement & Lisbon/the Constitution.
Recent polls have shown :

70% of Austrians want the EU to be a loose grouping of national states that trade together with no further integration.

74% of Germans think the EU has too much power.

84% of Brits would like the EU to remain a trading block only.

What a shame that the EU don't give a damm about European opinion.
Don't give them your vote in June, they don't deserve it.

Statistics like this mean very little to the EU centralists who arrogantly and consistently ignore the wishes of those they seek to control. The recent expenses scandal in the UK Parliament is small potatoes in comparison with the collossal waste of the EU. Sooner or later, common sense will prevail. Vote UKIP!

Im from Norway, and I believe our government will try to get us in the next four years. We have an election now in 2009, so it will be interesting to see how it plays out and if EU will be a question.

I hope we don't join, and I hope people of Norway (who are on the 'YES' side) see this and rethink their position. I don't see any benefits (for other than the ambigious politicians) to join this corrupt dictatorship/superstate.

It won't make any difference if you join, except you gotta wait for a sea of immigrants and laws coming for you.
