Your fitment issue is probably due to the fact that Ford for some reason decided to change the design of the exhaust hangers after '07. Pypes sells them but you can get the job done just bending the pipe to clear the rear slots. Back to topic: My vote is for the 3-valve.

I actually had the old style hangers, even though the car is an 08, and even had the H-Pipe hangers which the newer cars did not have. The system fits like crap, plain and simple. I have not read of one single smooth install. Everyone has problems.

Pypes O/R H and Pypes MMS. It's in the description buddy. Car now has LT's on it.
