If he's a sanitation man, in all possibility he probably IS forced to do the job, unless he wants to starve and be homeless. Maybe he's a felon who can't get any other jobs. Maybe he was having a bad day. Or maybe, just MAYBE, having punkass kids who HE DOESN'T EVEN FUCKING KNOW jump out at him while he's picking up other people's trash isn't his cup of tea.
