Healthy is essentially the key to looking your best.
- Meaning, good digestive system, You wont be sluggish.

Here is the list of foods I normally eat within those days. Just to give you an idea.

-Oatmeal with thawed frozen blueberries + honey
-Ham Sandwhich - cucumbers, romane lettuce, whole grain toast
-Activa yogurt w/ slices of fruit on the side
-Avacado or banana sandwhich + organic peanut butter
-Salad (lettuce, cucumbers, avacado, grapes, apples) + greek vinegaratte
-Apple crisp (whole grain) with real dried fruit
-Salmon + veg + non pan fried noodles
-Natural Chicken rice soup
-Cereal with Soymilk + omega 3.
-Wholegrain blueberry muffin
-Snack=fruit. mostly apples or oranges.
-Vegetable chips with less sodium. (expensive) try making it yourself.
-Chocolate protein shake + soymilk
-Wholegrain snack bars

Im not an expert, remember to check out the facts, this is just what I do.. and i know it will inspire someone else, because I too have been motivated by other people.

  • Attention Everyone,i need someone to answer me urgently.

    I am 13,my main diet-plan was to eat NOTHING but 1 dinner a day,and in that dinner is always a bowl of rice and many veggies and each day i excercise alot by runing up the stairs and running but i only eat ONE small meal.I successfully followed this recommended plan for 1 week,and 2 days before i decided that i'm tired and so i took a break.Now please tell what will happen to me!And please tell if this works or what is gonna happen!!!!!!

  • @Asrvn147014x First of all, just eat healthy. As long as you're healthy you'll be happy. And this includes eating at least MORE than 1 meal a day :) Just try to aim for the breakfast/lunch/dinner.. and make good choices for each meal. You also do not need to over work (excerise) your body. Nothing will really happen to you if you gradually resume back to a normal eating lifestyle.

  • @Eddie214Vanessa I used to be a health freak back in the day.. so white rice wasn't a favourable food item! I think white rice CAN create belly fat, whereas whole grain brown rice doesn't. Moreover, brown rice is typically better for your digestive system, compared to white rice. It has more nutrients and fibre.

  • @EmoAliKat Yes that is true because Avacados have high "fat" content, but the GOOD kind. (monounsaturated fat).  avacado can be used to replace butter in some recipes. Dont know if I would put it in the "fruit" catagory, &of course eating a reasonable amount wont kill. HEALTHY is key :P

    You will loose weight at first, but this loss is only short term. Your body will think that it's in starving mode and will conserve every little thing that you eat and store it as fat. This greatly slows down your metabolism and eventually, you will gain weight fairly quickly once you start eating normally again.

  • Thank you for posting,,, what motivated me was you said that we have to take make the choices to do the right thing, rather than hear someone say it.. that's what I've been doing.. gosh,,, I need to lose a lot of weight say 50lbs... How should I start any advice? when I think of losing weight in a YR. it's overwhelming, I like that you do a 5day diet.. short-term goals

  • My best mate has been using DietOramy diet regime (revealed on Google) for approximately several months now and she reduced most of her physique fat now - I'm trying to speak her into fitness, but she is just loyal to her DietOramy...

  • @xenawp5 I'm not quite sure what it is called.. but I searched it up and found "Magnetic Health Hula (Hoola) Hoop ". I think it's something like that. hope this helps.

  • @mspampleaseable Oops! haha I definitely meant milk and cheese. When I do eat yogurt it is usually either 1% or non fat.
