    Jayson, what do you think flax-oil and/or fish-oil? And what's your take on dairy (non-pasteurized) and grains (non-wheat)? Some other ideas for new videos: Metabolic typing, Paleo diet, Ketogenic diets, protein/fat/carb ratio's, etc...

  • I think fish oil is very good. Flax is good also, but it isn't as complete as fish oil since there are conversions that have to take place in the body to have the same benefit as fish oil. Not sure what you mean by my take on dairy and non-wheat grains. I like your ideas for new videos. I will work those into future Fighting Fat For America TV shows.

    I'd like to hear your take on grains and dairy and whether or not they are generally healthy. I read a lot that wheat and pasteurized dairy might very well be responsible for a lot of our modern diseases.
