"i would like the character to resemble an angle - anime styled hair (in light grey) , wearing a dark blue styled clothing. - like you would find in japanese anime.

i want the background to be as if your deep underwater and u can catch glimpses of light from the surface coming through the water causing a light to come down on the figure

with a chain sythe in one hand ( i dont know if uve seen the movie ninja assassin but they use chains with a blade on the end)
and an ags in the other,
it should have the feeling that the angel is sort of rising up, and then along the bottom put 'Im Godz Cow' "

Price varies and depends on the kind of detail you ask for.

Normal Details will be somewhere between 15-20m. But as he asked for the best of the best the costs went up, but at the same time giving him and me more space to work with.
